Alexandra leads the ELEVATE Sustainability Strategy and Communication Team in Zürich, Switzerland as a Manager. She supports companies in developing their sustainability strategies, assessing their impacts, and communicating their efforts and performance in a way that meets the needs of their target groups.

Alexandra has many years of experience in sustainability communication and environmental management in various industries, including retail and finance. She also was a lecturer at the Master of Sustainable Development at the University of Basel.

Alexandra received her PhD in forest policy with a focus on environmental and land use conflicts from the Technical University of Munich and studied landscape and environmental planning at the Universities of Munich, Berlin and Padua.

Alexandra is certified as GRI Certified Sustainability Professional since September 2020.
