Bahadir started his career in compliance in 2002 as a Compliance Auditor for Li & Fung Turkey.

From there he worked as a regional compliance auditor at Sears buying office in Turkey between 2003 to 2005, followed by H&M, then joined Level Works in 2006 and worked as country manager until 2009. While at Level Works, Bahadir was a lead monitor for a special project in 2006, the Joint Labor Assessment Training Project. The team conducted 77 audits in all Jordan on behalf of the USAID and Ministry of Labor of Jordan according to International Labor Organizations standards and Jordanian Labor Law, and trained the Ministry of Labor inspectors on how to conduct social compliance audits and explained audit techniques and tips to the government labor inspectors.

In 2009, he joined Omega and worked as Regional Compliance Supervisor worked till 2016 June. In total, Bahadir has conducted more than 1500 social and C-TPAT audits in 4 continents (North America-South America, Africa, Europe, Asia) in 50 different countries.
