Erik is a Business Development and Account Manager for Corporate Business at Trucost, ESG analytics division part of S&P Global.

He is responsible for Trucost’s corporate commercial activities in Asia Pacific. He helps businesses to quantify, disclose and manage ESG risks to meet investor expectations & regulatory requirements and to support corporate decision making.

At this summit, Erik will share about how businesses can credibly communicate their impacts to the SDG using Trucost’s SDG Evaluation Tool. Trucost developed this tool in response to investors’ interests in making investments that are aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The SDG Evaluation Tool provides a science-based and data-rich approach to overcome challenges in identifying, monitoring, and disclosing the SDG contribution of a business activity.

Prior to joining Trucost, Erik was a Senior Consultant at the sustainability division of a global consulting firm in Singapore. He advised companies on ESG disclosure and management. His sector experience includes agriculture, industrial, and real estate.
