Romesh Grover has been with the Li & Fung group for nearly 30 years in varying capacities, including heading country operations, global role on quality management, leading a business unit, country head vendor compliance and sustainability for Bangladesh.
He was heading the Vendor Compliance and Sustainability team in Bangladesh for four years, working on initiatives covering work place safety and worker empowerment, including social dialogue.
