Associate Director, Growth Accounts & Onboarding

Jennifer currently leads new client onboarding at ELEVATE. Leaning on her 11 years of experience in responsible sourcing, Jennifer provides technical, operational, and strategic guidance and support to clients and internal ELEVATE operations during a new client’s initial transition to ELEVATE. She has successfully onboarded clients across many industries, e.g., apparel, retail, industrial schemes, food & agriculture, electronics, to name a few, of all sizes, e.g., small to medium to Fortune 500 companies. Jennifer also works closely with a number of companies as a key account manager and provides internal guidance on client operations and audit scheme management.

Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Regional Manager for the US and Canada at ELEVATE, where she recruited, trained, and mentored the delivery team that successfully delivered thousands of high-quality and impactful social and environmental assessments. Prior to joining ELEVATE, Jennifer had her own small Responsible Sourcing auditing and consulting business that operated across North America. She also spent 8 years in the US Armed Forces as human resources specialist/headquarters detachment administrator. Jennifer has two Master’s Degrees from the London School of Economics as well as a Bachelor’s Degree from the University Massachusetts-Amherst, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is currently based in Sacramento, California but is a Massachusetts native and has lived as a nomad for many years in various cities, notably in Athens, London, Shanghai, New York City, and Kansas City.
