Jessie Fisher is based in ELEVATE’s Hong Kong office and is responsible for the project management and delivery of social sustainability consulting projects. Her project experience includes benchmarking studies, development of corporate ethical sourcing strategies, grievance mechanism evaluation, and due diligence reporting on supply chain risks.

Prior to joining ELEVATE in 2017, Jessie worked at Walmart for 11 years where she held a variety of CSR and communications positions. Most recently, she worked on its Responsible Sourcing team, focusing on human rights, risk assessment, and designing and formalizing its corporate commitment to responsible recruitment. She also worked on the employee communication team, and for the Walmart Foundation managing its internal giving program and health and wellness portfolio.

Jessie received a bachelor’s in Journalism from the University of Arkansas. She has deep experience in supply chain program development, employee engagement, communications, and change management.
