Mamun joined ELEVATE in 2017 as Bangladesh Country Manager. He is responsible for day to day operations, driving increased operational efficiencies, embedding quality and integrity in operations and project deliverables, and growing ELEVATE’s brand awareness with in-country customers and suppliers.

He has over 20 years’ experience in the apparel and textile sectors, across manufacturing, trading, retail and professional services organizations. He brings blended supply chain experience to factories where he improves performance, including areas often overlooked by factory management. Mamun has a proven track record of achieving sustainable improvements for operations, supervisors, workers and safe work environments. Part of his expertise also lies in training workers to use value stream mapping for waste reduction in manufacturing.

He holds a Master of Business Administration in Executive Management from Royal Roads University and he is also an ISCEA Certified Supply Chain Manager.
