Miguel Leon is ELEVATE’s Country Manager in Mexico. Based in Puebla, Miguel is building ELEVATE’s business through local sales and ensuring consistency in delivery through operational excellence. He joined ELEVATE in 2016 and is well-versed in operational, sales and client services work. Within the CSR profession, Miguel has over five years of experience on industry-related projects, has conducted 450+ audits, and performed consultancy services in 15 Latin American countries.

Among his professional accomplishments, Miguel has helped improve business performance within different sectors, including textiles and garments, chemical production, agriculture, electronics, and more. He is also experienced as a program manager for CSR accounts, overseeing account operations and client services procedures for CSR audits as well as consultancy services offered worldwide.

Miguel earned his Master’s degree in Corporate Social Responsibility from Anahuac University in Mexico. He received a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade from the Autonomous University of Puebla, Mexico, which included an emphasis in International Business gained from spending two terms at the University of Nanjing, China.
