Nu has over 14 years of experience as an HR / Compliance Manager. She joined ELEVATE in early 2018 as the Vietnam & Cambodia Country Supervisor and as Regional Manager from Feb 2020 for Southeast Asia. And, since May 2021 she has been Associate Director for Southeast Asia Operations. She is now responsible for the day to day regional operations, driving increased operational efficiencies to ensure that team in the region is motivated and work in a professional manner with the highest level of integrity and professionalism, developing of a team in the region in accordance with company policies and standard operating procedures, act as a liaison person with the Business Development team to convey any business lead and relevant information in the region, helping to grow ELEVATE’s brand awareness with in-country customers and suppliers

Previously she managed compliance & Human Resource for an enterprise with over 25,000 workers. She is experienced in executing company compliance programs, managing subcontractors’ supplier chains, and conducting beyond-compliance projects. Nu is also a Vietnam Labor Law practitioner

Nu has a Bachelor’s degree in English (Business & Language Lecturing) and is certified for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001, ISO 14064, National Energy Manager, Professional, and High-class Enterprise Business Management, HR Strategy & Planning. She is experienced and accredited for many programs, scheme including Higg. 3.0 verifier, SMETA, BSCI, IETP, SLCP, FTUSA and being trainer for any in-class/ virtual, consulting programs i.e SLCP, Environmental, etc. under related industries of Apparel, Apparel Accessories, Footwear, Toys (hard & soft goods), Electronic, Food, Furniture, Jewelry.
