Rachel leads several of ELEVATE’s most strategic apparel and retail responsible sourcing accounts. Rachel regularly guides her clients to build and maintain effective programs that genuinely improve global labor practices for workers, while also keeping in mind brand business objectives. In addition, Rachel is also responsible for ELEVATE’s partnership with Rizepoint, an audit management platform solution.

Rachel joined ELEVATE in 2010 and has spent the last nine years supporting a variety of brands and retailers on their responsible sourcing journeys. She began her career as a Global Coordinator on ELEVATE’s Operations team before transferring to the Client Services team in 2013 to focus on account management. Rachel has a sincere interest in partnering with her clients to understand their long-term goals and develop programs that are both progressive and pragmatic. Her experience includes the development of supplier codes and guidebooks, assessment tools, audit management platforms, program design and implementation, and analytic reports.

Rachel graduated from San Francisco State University in 2010 with a degree in Marketing.
