Randeep Sudan
Founder, Multiverz
Randeep Sudan is the Founder of Multiverz, a company recently established in Singapore that aspires to leverage data analytics for helping workers, companies, and governments to better prepare for disruptions in labor markets on account of automation and AI. He is currently the Board Advisor for Ecosystm a technology research and advisory firm, and RecruiterPal a recruitment platform for helping SMEs to better adapt to technology shifts. He has served as the Global Advisor for Digital Strategy, and Practice Manager for Information and Communication Technologies at the World Bank. In these roles, he and his team provided policy support and funding to governments in the areas of broadband/mobile infrastructure development, provision of digital services, and growth of the IT industry. Before joining the World Bank, Randeep was a member of the Indian Administrative Service and served in the state of Andhra Pradesh. He helped the State to become a leader in digital government and a prominent international destination for IT-based services in the country.
