Wilfred leads the company’s Technical, Quality & Integrity functions to drive performance improvement at ELEVATE, by promoting our technical knowledge, service delivery quality, and best-in-class integrity management.

Prior to joining ELEVATE, Wilfred was the APAC Regional Head of Operations in the British Standards Institution (BSI). He was responsible for implementing the BSI best practices & global operating model demonstrating operational excellence across management system certification delivery, business productivity, and operational performance.

Wilfred was also the APAC Regional Sustainability Portfolio Manager in BSI, focusing on sustainable products development and internal scheme management. He participated in numerous local and international project audits and has possessed rich experience in climate change and environmental-related project management.

Wilfred has a Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree from The University of Hong Kong.
