Andrew is Vice President for the Singtel Group’s Corporate Sustainability, leading the Group’s strategy in social impact, environmental sustainability and climate action. He is also a coach to over 130 Optus Future and Emerging Leaders. He is co-chair of the Singapore Business Network on Disability to mobilise Singapore corporates in support of inclusive employment. Andrew previously led various diverse senior leadership roles across Singapore, Australia and Philippines including IT, Operations, Product, Marketing, Strategy, Venture Capital, Business Marketing and Sales and International Networks.

Since 2013, the Singtel Group has implemented community programmes in support of digital citizenship, online safety, mentored vulnerable youth and persons with disability to support their education and employability, and supported social impact tech start-ups addressing social and healthcare issues for the vulnerable.
