Elena Espinoza

Elena joined PRI in 2018, where she manages collaborative engagements and research on social issues. With the PRI, Elena supports investors’ efforts to identify and address risks and opportunities around topics such as human rights, labour practices, inequality, diversity and the social dimension of climate strategies.

Previously she worked at Business in the Community, UK’s leading membership advisory organisation which convenes FTSE 350 CEOs, senior royals and government officials. Elena managed BITC’s work in corporate strategy development, impact measurement, and sustainability reporting and benchmarking.

Elena holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MSc on Environment and Sustainable Development from University College London, and a BEng in Production Engineering from Simon Bolivar University (Caracas, Venezuela).
