Manik Hasteer has been working in the field of Assessments and Sustainability for the past 17 years and is responsible for ELEVATE’s Assessment Operations in South Asia. Manik joined ELEVATE in July 2021 in the capacity of Associate Director. Apart from the day-to-day operations, Manik is responsible for further augmenting Quality, Integrity, and Efficiency in Operations and in this process, help proliferate ELEVATE’s brand value.

Manik has had to his credential’s accreditations like ISO 9001:2015, WRAP, SA8000, IFC & BSCI. He has played pivotal & diverse roles varying from an Auditor to Regional Trainer to Operations Head in previous organizations. He has worked with organizations like STR (now UL), Target, and Bureau Vertias, where in addition to Assessments he also managed Product Quality and Technical Assessment teams.

He has to his credit auditing and training in over 10 countries and has played a significant role in providing CCI (consultative) services in addition to Workplace assessments and RCA. Client-centric, amiable, and a keen orator; he always strives hard to provide solutions to his clients.

An Economics graduate, Manik went on to pursue his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with specialization in Marketing,
